Terms

Last updated: 21 May 2026

WebSidekick is operated by Habben Pty Ltd. By using this website, requesting a review, viewing a private concept or engaging WebSidekick, you agree to use the site lawfully and understand the limits below.

Website reviews and private concepts

Reviews, comments and demo mockups are provided for discussion and validation. A private concept is not a finished website, not approved by the business shown unless explicitly stated, and not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, enquiries, bookings, revenue or clinical/business outcomes.

AI-assisted drafting and human review

WebSidekick uses AI-assisted workflows to move faster, draft ideas, organise notes and support quality checks. Human review remains central before public-facing recommendations, regulated-industry wording or important customer communication is used.

No guarantees

We aim to build clearer, more useful websites with sensible local and AI-ready search foundations. We do not promise Google rankings, AI Overview inclusion, fixed traffic levels, leads, bookings, revenue, treatment outcomes or platform approval.

Client content and regulated industries

Clients are responsible for confirming that supplied text, images, testimonials, claims, health information, pricing, team details, service descriptions and legal/regulatory requirements are accurate and approved for publication. For health, legal, finance and other regulated industries, final content approval remains the client’s responsibility.

Services, scope and pricing

Any paid work will be agreed separately, including scope, pricing, inclusions, timelines, review rounds, third-party costs, cancellation and ongoing care terms. The public starter pricing is a guide for standard small-business website setup and managed website care; unusual requirements may need a separate quote.

Hosting, backups and limitations

Managed website care may include hosting, SSL, updates, backups, monitoring, reporting and light improvements where agreed. Backups and recovery processes reduce risk but cannot guarantee zero downtime, zero data loss or recovery from every failure, third-party outage, security incident or client-side change.

Third-party platforms

Websites may rely on third-party tools such as WordPress, hosting providers, DNS/CDN services, email providers, analytics, AI tools, plugins, booking systems, payment providers and advertising platforms. Their own terms, pricing, limits and outages may apply. WebSidekick is not responsible for third-party platform decisions or failures outside our control.

Payments, cancellation and non-payment

Where ongoing services are agreed, cancellation, payment timing and non-payment handling should be set out in the project or care agreement. If invoices remain unpaid, services may be paused or ended after reasonable notice, subject to any specific agreement.

Outreach and unsubscribe

If you receive a WebSidekick outreach email and do not want further contact, use the opt-out link or reply with an unsubscribe request. We will keep suppression records so we can honour that request.
